Update My Details
Here at Satsuma Loans we take customer data seriously; it is a legal requirement to hold accurate information about our customers. So it’s very important that you make sure the details you have given us are up to date so we can make sure we give you the best service.
Once you’ve applied for your loan and we’ve sent the money to your bank account, you’re in control of your loan.
However, there may come a time when something hasn’t gone quite right and we need to get in touch. An example of this could be; your Debit Card has expired and your new card needs to be updated to collect your repayment.
Not to worry though, our friendly customer service team will contact you as soon as possible to offer our help.
Examples of your personal details that we would need to be made aware of if they were to change:
- Name (Marriage)
- Contact number(s)
- E-mail address
- Debit card details
And of course, should you wish to change anything under our flexible terms then do not hesitate to get in touch, if you want to amend the date we take payments or if you wish to repay your loan early then we will be happy to accommodate your needs.
We’re working hard to make it even easier to manage your loan online with a log-in to your account but in the meantime there are numerous ways to get in touch.
